The hotel was reasonably priced with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient, within walking distance of a metro station and a shopping mall. The complimentary bottled water in the lobby was a nice touch.

The hotel was lacking in some areas. The wifi was unreliable and kept disconnecting.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the clean and cozy room with a comfortable bed. the location was very convenient, being only a few blocks away from the nearest subway station. the hotel offered a good speed WIFI connection which was useful for staying connected with my loved ones during the holidays.

The language barrier proved to be a challenge as most of the staff could not speak English, making communication difficult. Another minor downside was the noise coming from the neighboring restaurants in the evening and early morning.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, there was free mineral water in the lobby, the hotel was conveniently located with shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is just perfect, being so close to the subway station. It made it incredibly convenient to explore all the nice tourist attractions and main exhibitions. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. We really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to assist us with anything we needed. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

As a solo traveler, the location of this hotel couldn't have been better. It was very near to the Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Although it was far away from the tourist attractions, the convenience of being close to the underground was unbeatable. the room was comfortable and had impressive technology such as automated curtains and a big TV. In the morning, breakfast options were limited but acceptable.

Room soundproofing could have been improved as it was bothersome at times.
